Cancellation of Woman And Machine: San Antonio

As the situation with COVID-19 has continued to evolve these last few weeks I hope everyone is staying safe and well. I have been discussing with our Texas team and it is with a heavy heart that I tell you we are canceling Woman And Machine: San Antonio for 2020.

The original plan was postponing and having the event at a later date but with the uncertainty of how long stay at home orders and event restrictions will last and conflicts on dates with our instructors, Woman And Machine can not host an event at the caliber we strive for at San Antonio this year.

The San Antonio 2020 tickets were purchased with a no refund policy but we are working to help our attendees in this time and allowing refund requests. I know with this announcement some will request refunds and at this time I ask that you think of your ticket as a possible donation towards keeping Woman And Machine running. I am asking this where San Antonio is usually our first large event of the year, honestly these events are what keeps the company going.  

For those who decide to not request a refund we will send you a swag bag as thanks for helping us to continue to forge ahead in these uncertain times.

Keep an eye out on our social media and in your emails. We will be opening our online store soon for merchandise purchase as well as will be showing videos our instructors are making of their teachings.

We hope to be moving forward with our second event of the year in New England in the middle of August but only time will tell.
