Looking to learn welding but not in a group setting? Private lessons are available to be scheduled for weekdays/weekends - as long as availability allows. You can decide which process of welding you would want to learn as well (MIG or TIG).

Cost: $125/hr, includes materials and PPE

Private lessons can be scheduled for 2 - 3 hour time slots. It is requested that you schedule for at least 2 hours worth of time for welding to get the most out of your time.

What You Will Learn:

Safety for welders

Basics of the weld machine and various components of the welder

How to properly set-up a welder

Welding defects; causes and cures

*lessons are tailored to the student’s desired process of welding and end goal

Important:

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can start promptly at the designated time.

We will provide safety gear (welding jacket, gloves, hood) but if you have your own gear feel free to bring it to the lesson!

Wear work boots, a pair of jeans that you do not mind getting dirty, and a 100% cotton shirt (this is all for your safety and protection, if you are not dressed appropriately you will not be able to participate in the class)If you have medium to long hair, bring a hair tie to pull your hair back or already have your hair tied back.
