There will be a wait-list so if the event is sold out and you are still interested in possibly attending, please sign up for the waitlist and we will notify those on the wait-list if an opening becomes available.

How to properly set-up a welder

Welding steel in the Flat

Proper techniques for welding "tee", "lap", "butt" joints

Welding defects; causes and cures

Important:

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can start promptly at the designated time.

We will provide safety gear (welding jacket, gloves, and hood) but if you have your own gear feel free to bring it to the class! Due to COVID, if you do have gear I am requesting that you bring it and use it for your time in the class.

Wear work boots, a pair of jeans that you do not mind getting dirty, and a 100% cotton shirt (this is all for your safety and protection, if you are not dressed appropriately you will not be able to participate in the class)

If you have medium to long hair, bring a hair tie to pull your hair back or already have your hair tied back.

Highly suggest bringing a water bottle or a drink to stay hydrated. I will have water available. Feel free to bring snacks as well.
